Shipping & Returns

Shipping - Wheat Montana ships our bulk orders to us via independent trucking companies. The freight charges they pass along to us are figured according to the number of pallets shipped and are subject to change weekly depending on fuel charges in their area. Each pallet can hold approximately 2500#. We have calculated an average unit price per pound of product that incorporates the fuel charges with the wide variety of items we order. Currently this unit fee is $0.16/lb.  Our service fee of $0.02 per pound has been added to this amount to create our shipping/handling fee of $0.18/lb. 

Returns - Proper storage of your grain is essential if you expect your grain to endure the shelf life that Wheat Montana advertises. Wheat Montana is not responsible for grain that has become infested due to improper storage. If you encounter a problem with your grain, please email me and describe the issue you are dealing with. If possible, take a digital picture and send it to me with the lot number from the bucket or bag the grain arrived in originally. Wheat Montana has been very gracious in the past to replace items that were possibly a result of an issue on their part. I cannot guarantee a replacement, but I will do what I can.
